Mark has been my PT for over 8 years now, that speaks volumes itself. Mark always pushes you and gives the best advice with great results, makes working out fun and (mostly) enjoyable! Mark coached me for my PCA First Timers Show. I previously had PT with Mark so when I decided I wanted to compete, I knew I wanted him to coach me. Before working with Mark I had tried out multiple PTs and diet plans but nothing worked. My main goal was to lose weight so I mainly stuck to cardio, and stayed away from weights. Mark provided me with a workout plan suited to my goals, as well as a personalised nutrition plan. He completely transformed the way I train, introducing me to weights and pushing myself to failure. This has increased my confidence in the gym massively. Mark is always available in the gym if I need help, or even via WhatsApp when I have a question. My knowledge around training and nutrition has advanced dramatically since working with Mark and I feel I have a better understanding of it all.
